WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS?

Our workouts are comprised of bodyweight and free weight movements combined with gymnastic skills and aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. We put these together in various combinations of reps, weight and time domains to provide you with daily WODs (workout of the day) that are always different and keep your body guessing. Constantly varied, equals no plateaus, which equals never-ending room for adaptation and improvement.

Our NTRS Performance community blends everyday people through to elite athletes, in a unique environment where all are helping each other reach their athletic potentials. Every person brings their unique piece to the community, which makes a puzzle into a brilliant picture.  
We pride ourselves on educating our members around safe human movement and providing expert knowledge in Functional Fitness, Strength & Conditioning and Olympic Weightlifting and having a reputation for catering to all fitness abilities.
