Everything You Need to Know to Get Started at NTRS Performance HQ

STEP ONE

Whether you are thinking about getting back into fitness after a long hiatus, or you are a current gym bunny but looking for a change, the best way to get started is to get in touch with us via the contact form or email ntrsperformance@gmail.com. From there we can chat, get to know each other and see if NTRS Performance is for you! 

STEP TWO

We understand walking into a new environment can be daunting! So once we've chatted and you've decided you want to come and try us out, we will offer you a 7 day FREE trial pass. With this 7 day pass you can come to as many or as little classes as you please. Out intention with with giving you a 7day pass is so you can get a true representation of our facility, our awesome members, and whether the program can suit your weekly schedule. 

STEP THREE

After you've absolutely loved 7-day trial and you're so keen to be a part of NTRS, we will get you signed up on on of our membership plans. These can be found on the Plans and Pricing Page. From there you are officially part of the family and we promise your health and fitness will not regret the decision!
